At OLOR, we strive to provide prompt service for your orders. Our goal is to dispatch all orders within 24 hours of purchase, though during busy periods it may take a bit longer.
Rest assured that we use Royal Mail's reliable 48-hour tracked service to deliver your parcels. Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email containing your tracking information, allowing you to keep an eye on its progress.
We take great care in packaging your items to ensure they arrive in pristine condition. Our commitment to sustainability means we use environmentally friendly packaging materials to minimize any potential damage.
Standard delivery approx 2-5 working days is FREE on orders over £30 (£3.99 for orders £29 and under)
*Please note that due to the new Brexit regulation, Northern Ireland is not included in our UK shipping.

Click and Collect
We offer a collection service for anyone wishing to collect there goods from us. Our collection point is open Mon-Fri 10am-3pm. Normally your order will be ready the same day, but in some cases it can take upto 48hrs. Please wait for your confirmation email before you arrive to collect.

We always aim to make sure our customers love our products, but if you do need to return an order, we’re happy to help.
We accept returns for a refund on all unused and sealed products within 14 working days of your invoice receipt. This excludes personalised items which cannot be returned or exchanged unless faulty.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging un-opened.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 10 working days.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
If you are shipping an item over £30, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance.
We take no responsibility for your returned item until it arrives back to us and we have accepted the return.
We want your purchase to arrive in the perfect condition we send them out in. If on the unfortunate occasion your product does arrive damaged or faulty please contact us straight away and we'll do our best to resolve this for you.

We do not test on animals, we believe there is no reason to test on animals what so ever.
All of our card packaging is FSC grade certified and 100% recyclable. We try to make as much of our packaging and packing as recyclable as possible. We’ll always continue to package our products in the most sustainable way we can without compromising on product quality.
